Change Your Perspective

Recently, I’ve heard so many people say that they can’t do something. They can’t lose weight. They can’t quit a job. They can’t find time to workout.

How about instead of saying that you can’t say that you can. Say that you will.

You have to change your perspective.

Is everything as bad as it seems? Why can’t you lose weight? Is it because it’s too hard for you? Is it because you don’t have time?

Change the way that you’re thinking about your situation. There’s always a solution to every problem that we have.

If you want to lose weight, then you have to think about the ways you WILL achieve your goals of weight loss. There’s always a yin and yang. For every roadblock, there is a detour.

There isn’t just one way to do something.

And you can’t go into every situation being negative. Negativity begets negativity. It’s a disease.

There’s way more negativity in the world that positivity.

Be the good that you want to see in the world. Set an example for what you want you to see.

Don’t let negative people tell you that you can’t do something. Do what you want to do. If you fail, then you learn. You get better. Your perspective on the situation changes as you adjust.

Your situation could be worse than it actually is. There are others who are dealing with the same issues as you but are in worse shape than you.

Your situation could possibly be way less than you’re thinking. Appreciate where you are. If you don’t like it, change it. No one is making you stay at your current weight. No one is making you stay at your job.

You have the power to change. Change your perspective and think of those who have the opposite of what you have. If you still don’t like your current predicament, then change it.

You’re the only person who has a say.
